A little more to discover
The wagon has four wheels and two axles; one far wheel is partly hidden by its tray. Depending on the mechanism, wheels can be fixed to a rotating axle or rotate around a fixed axle. The drawing simplifies the mechanism without a separate enlargement. It names no single inventor or first-invention date.
