A little more to discover

Light occurs in nature. Electric lighting developed through successive inventions. Joseph Swan demonstrated an incandescent lamp in 1879; Thomas Edison and his team worked on lasting lamps and a practical lighting system. Many other inventors contributed. The picture shows a modern lamp, rather than a historical model from 1879.

With an adult, find three different lamps at home. What is each one used for?
