A little more to discover

Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica has two tall towers on its front façade. The shrine describes its architecture as neo-Romanesque, a style that uses features including rounded openings. The building has a cross-shaped plan. Its towers reach about 100 metres, measured from the basilica floor to their tops.

The colouring page focuses on what is recognizable outside. Compare the façade’s two sides, find the doors and follow the large curves. Explain that the site welcomes Catholic prayer while also offering a chance to discover shapes and architectural work.
